How It Works
When do I receive my WowBox?
WowBoxMe delivery list for every month is frozen at the midnight of 18th day of that month, i.e. If you join on or by the 18th of any month you shall receive your box filled with amazing products between the 25th and 28th of that month. If you sign up after the 18th you will receive your first box during 25th and 24th of the next month.
Will I receive my next WowBox automatically?
Yes, all subscriptions run to the last day of the calendar month. Your subscription renews automatically for the same term, unless you request to cancel/upgrade. i.e
- Your monthly subscription auto-renews on the 1st of every month, from the month your first box is delivered.
- Your 3 month subscription auto-renews on 1st day of the month after your subscription ends (third box delivered), for another 3 months
- Your 6 month subscription auto-renews on 1st of the subsequent month after your subscription end (sixth box delivered), for another 6 months.
What Types of WowBoxes are available?
At present there are three types of fine wine boxes to choose from, with all red, all white or a mixed wine box. The craft beer box contains 6 amazing new beers, larger and ales. The alcoholic box surprise box contains 3-5 alcoholic drinks for you to enjoy. The surprise snack box contains new and innovative snacks, soft drinks, confectionary and grocery just hitting the market, with a similar health focused box also available.
Can I customize my WowBox?
Your Wowbox will always have your items that we handpick from your choice of the and you can choose between the seven different box types. Once you have received your first box you can go onto your user dashboard and add extra products and merchandise to your next box!
I have received my first WowBox, what next?
After receiving your Wowbox we hope you will be tucking into all the delightful goodies. We hope once you have enjoyed them you will review the products to gain points, so you can buy more products, customize your box and receive incredible merchandise in your next box.
Do I need to subscribe to receive a box?
Yes, it is a monthly subscription and you need to be on either a monthly, three month or six month plan to receive a box. You can however subscribe onto the month by month plan and then cancel after any amount of boxes (before the end of the month)... we would be very sad to see you go though!
Can I order more than one box per month or as a gift?
Yes of course, what a wonderful person you are! If you want to order more than one for your friend or family member please subscribe using name, email & address details of the intended recipient and your card details. Undoubtedly, they will be wowed and we can’t think of a better surprise!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Leaving so soon? We have plenty more surprises up our sleeves.
You may unsubscribe through the 'My Profile' section by the last day of the calendar month (before your subscription ends). Alternately, you may send across your cancellation / pause request via email. Cancellations and pauses cannot be made over the phone. Also note, subscriptions that have been charged will always run till the end of the contract term. The cancellation would stop any further charges. As per policy, subscription amounts once charged cannot be refunded. We encourage you to receive the boxes you have paid for.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password by heading to your "My Profile" section. We would also ask you to enter your current password to make sure its you.

You can request a new password using the email provided by clicking the Forgot Password link on login page. We’ll send you a reset token, which you can click to set your new password. As simple as it sounds.
If you receive an email token but you did not request a new password, you can safely ignore the email and continue using your set password.
* If you signed up using facebook, you can continue to use your updated facebook password. We do not store facebook login information.
I can’t access my account, what should I do?
Firstly, please check if your email address is correct. We all make typos dont we? If your password still doesn't work, try to set a new password here. We’ll send you a reset token, which you can click to set your new password. As simple as it sounds. Alternately, if nothing works, you should get in touch with us using any of the contact options mentioned, be it phone, email or facebook. We’ll get back to you with the resolution.
Billing & Payments
How much is the Wowbox?
Once you have paid your monthly fee ranging from £6.99 to £32.99 depending on what plan you choose, that’s it..., you do not need to pay anything else. Rest assured, the happiness you will get from WowBox will outweigh the cost!
When will I be charged for my WowBox?
Your first delivery is charged at the time of ordering. If you are on a monthly rolling plan you will be charged on the 1st day of every month after first delivery. If you are on a 3 or 6 month plan these will be charged upfront and renewed for the same period on the 1st of subsequent month after the contract term ends.
How can I update my card details?
Just log into your account and head to "My Profile" from the navigation bar. All future payments will be charged to the most recent card details added to our system.
Are my card details secure?
Yes absolutely. We don't actually store your card details. All our payments are handled by Stripe, a leading PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway provider using the most advanced security with SSL technology & encryption. You can rest assured your card details are safer than they are in your wallet.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK. Exceptions include islands off the coast of mainland UK and the Scottish Highlands. We are able to dispatch boxes to Europe, Africa, the US and Asia however there will be an additional postal charge. Please contact us on email@example.com to discuss a parcel being dispatched to outside the UK.
When do you deliver?
Box signup closes on the 18 th of the month and we pick and pack out boxes between the 19 th and 24th of each month. WowBoxes are dispatched from our central depot immediately afterwards and they should be with you within 48 hours of dispatch! Boxes should arrive with you between the 25 th and 28 th of each month.
A product or the WowBox arrived in poor condition, what do I do?
If your WowBox or its contents are not up to your satisfaction, contact us - tell us what is wrong (preferably with some pictures) and we will be happy to resolve any issues for you.
My box has been slow to arrive
If your box hasn’t arrived before the 30th, please get in touch with us and we will resolve it immediately.
Points Store & Sharing
How do I receive points?
By going onto your "Dashboard" you can review the products from your most recent box through our user friendly review system. We'll give you 30 points for marking all rating questions and 20 points for answering the text question. You can also get points from our monthly giveaways and fun competitions. Stay tuned!
What can I spend points on?
As most of our products are yet to feature or are just about to hit the stores in the UK our points can be used to customize your next box by adding in more products. Those products you loved that you received but can’t find will be be added to your next box alongside cool merchandise from t-shirts to sunglasses and delivered direct to your door.
What is the invite a friend program?
Sharing is caring, and what better way than to invite someone for the WowBox experience. You will receive 500 points (that equivalent to £5) for your generosity. What more, a friend who signs up using your invite get £5 off any subscription. Isn’t that awesome? You just need to share your unique referral code (shown on your profile) via Email, Facebook, Twitter or any other means. The promo code entitles your friends & family £5 discount over any subscription of their choice. And you get 500 points (worth £5) to build you next box.
Am I going to receive the points if I invite someone after unsubscribing ?
No, you will receive points only if your account is active and you are subscribed to a box delivery plan.
